Blue Fringe Arts celebrates the creativity of people who have experienced mental health issues
There are two major popular events promoted by Blue Fringe Arts:
- The Blue Fringe Arts Literature Awards Evening 2009.
you can read Garth's account of the evening here
- The Blue Fringe Arts Exhiition and Competition.
To be held at Braemar Gallery Springwood
The Official Opening will be held on Saturday 10th October at 2pm. All welcome.
This year the Awards Day Celebration will be held at 11am (not sure on this time yet) on the "middle Friday" 16th of October. This will enable the Winning Entries to be on show for over one week. (Works of art are not to be taken away this day).
The Closing Day for Blue Fringe Arts this year will be on Sunday 25th October, when art works are to be picked up by the artists or by arrangement with someone you know.
