Blue Fringe Arts continues to expand, entries are increased and the small band of helpers from Blue fringe Arts Committee are dedicated to work hard with the support of auspicing and supporting associates to make a new creative and healthy life for people in their difficult situations.
The development of this website with the assistance of Kevin Hardwick is a new development in the role of Blue Fringe Arts and its work in expanding the creative and healing work for people who have experienced or face the daily dilemma of dealing with mental illness.
This is an ongoing account of our history beginning a far back as 1990 and moving still into the future with hope.
